On Monday 10-13-08 the road to Glacier Point reopened. We visited the Mariposa Grove (gotta love government employees trying to figure out how to deal with a full parking lot-one car out one car in would seem like it would make sense. They used the 30 cars out, no cars in and geeee the parking lot is only 60% full system)

After visiting the giant Sequoia trees, we went to Wawona to see the Hotel and Pioneer Center and then on to the Glacier point road.
